IVG Smart Max Prefilled Replacement Pods
The IVG Smart Max Prefilled Replacement Pods are exclusive refill pods made for the IVG Smart Max Prefilled Pod Kit. It is not compatible with the IVG Smart 5500. Each pack includes two 2ml pods prefilled with 20mg IVG nic salt, which provides quick absorption and a smooth throat hit. It also includes a 10ml refill container that snaps onto the pod and fills automatically, providing you with up to 10000 puffs from one pack.
The pod contains a built-in mesh coil that enhances the flavour and prevents dry or burnt hits, giving you satisfying puffs throughout. The pods are easy to use, and you can start vaping right after attaching them without any buttons or settings required. The replacement pods are made to be used with the IVG Smart Max device for smooth MTL (Mouth-to-lung) vaping, similar to a cigarette draw.

How to Use IVG Smart Max Prefilled Replacement Pods with the device
Step 1: Open the pack and remove the seals from both the 2ml pod and the 10ml refill container.

Step 4: Wait 10 seconds to let the coil soak up the E-liquid.
Step 5: Inhale from the mouthpiece to start vaping—no buttons needed.

Our couriers and ourselves will not accept any liability for stolen parcels left by the courier outside due to this procedure not being followed unless it can be proved by means of CCTV.

Failure to Pick Up Parcel
If you fail to pick up your parcel within 14 working days of the notification of the parcel's availability for pickup, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. You will be notified of the parcel's return and will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges to have the parcel redelivered.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
- You should notify us as soon as possible if you believe your parcel has not been delivered or has been delivered to the wrong address.
- You are responsible for picking up your parcel within the specified 14 working days timeframe.
