EASY TO USE
To power the Arcfire battery device on or off, simply click the fire/power button three times in quick succession.
Filling the pods is a breeze - open the side-located tab and fill your e-liquid using the spout from your e-liquid bottle. Wait at least 5 minutes after filling a new pod to allow suffient time for the e-liquid to saturate the cotton before use.
Once the pod is filled with e-liquid and has sufficiently saturated the in-built coil, insert the pod into the device and puff on the mouthpiece to start your vaping experience.
CHARGING AND MAINTENANCE
The LED light indicator located on the base will flash white 8 times when the battery requires charging. During charging, the level indicator light will flash to show different charge levels, turning off when fully charged.
Keep your device in optimal condition by ensuring battery contacts and pods are clear of debris and e-liquid residue. Maintain at least 1/3 full pods for the best longevity and flavour. Replace the pod when you experience a burnt taste or weakening flavour.
SAFETY
Charge the device with a certified 5V wall charger (not included) and the included Type-C USB cable, and avoid leaving it unattended while charging. Do not store the device with a depleted battery, or leave it in direct sunlight or excessively hot environments.

Our couriers and ourselves will not accept any liability for stolen parcels left by the courier outside due to this procedure not being followed unless it can be proved by means of CCTV.

Failure to Pick Up Parcel
If you fail to pick up your parcel within 14 working days of the notification of the parcel's availability for pickup, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. You will be notified of the parcel's return and will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges to have the parcel redelivered.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
- You should notify us as soon as possible if you believe your parcel has not been delivered or has been delivered to the wrong address.
- You are responsible for picking up your parcel within the specified 14 working days timeframe.
